Where are our masks made?
All our masks are made in and ship from Los Angeles, California, USA.
What mask guidelines do we follow?
Our masks are made in accordance with California Department of Public Health guidelines.
Do our masks have filters/filter inserts?
There is no filter or insert for filters in our masks.
What are wash instructions for our masks?
All masks are machine washable and dryer safe.
Do you have different styles of masks?
Yes, we offer multiple styles of masks. Click here to see all options.
Do you offer kids masks?
Yes. These masks are made for ages 3-8. Click here to shop.
I placed my order, now what?
We will send you a confirmation email of your order within 1-2 days. Then your order will be shipped and delivered within 4-7 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
How long is processing?
Orders are processed 1-2 business days prior to shipment.
How long will it take to ship?
After processing, your order is shipped and will be delivered within 4-7 business days depending on your location via USPS First Class Mail.
Please allow 10 business days for your package to be delivered. If your order still hasn't been delivered at this time, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into this for you!
If I need my order to be adjusted, how can I contact your team?
Orders are fulfilled quickly so please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Our customer service hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. We cannot ensure that we will be able to adjust your order, but we will do our best!
